       1. Serum: Natural coagulation of blood at room temperature 10-20 minutes, centrifugal 20 minutes or so (2000-3000 rpm/min). Carefully collected on the clear, the preservation process in the presence of precipitation, should be centrifugal again.Hyaluronic Acid

       2. Plasma: should be based on the requirements of the specimen EDTA or sodium citrate as anticoagulant, mixed 10-20 minutes, centrifugation 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm). Carefully collected supernatant, preservation process if there is precipitate formation, should be centrifugal again.

       3. Urine: Use sterile tube to collect, centrifugal 20 minutes or so (2000-3000 rpm/min). Carefully collected supernatant, preservation process if precipitation formation, should be centrifugal again. Pleural and ascites, cerebrospinal fluid refer to practice.

       4. Cell culture Supernatant: Detection of secretory components, the use of sterile tube collection. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm/min). Carefully collect the supernatant. When the cell components were detected, the cell suspension was diluted with PBS (PH7.2-7.4) and the cell concentration reached about 1 million ml. By repeatedly freezing and thawing, so that cells destroy and release the intracellular components. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm/min). Carefully collect the supernatant. If precipitation is formed during preservation, it should be centrifugal again.Hyaluronic Acid

       5. Tissue specimen: After cutting specimens, weigh. Add a certain amount of PBS, PH7.4. Use liquid nitrogen to quickly freeze the standby. The specimen remains 2-8 ℃ in temperature after melting. Add a certain amount of PBS (PH7.4) and use a manual or homogenate to fully homogenate the specimen. Centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm/min). Carefully collect the supernatant. After the distribution of a test, the rest of the frozen standby.Hyaluronic Acid

       6. After the specimen is collected and extracted according to the relevant literature, the experiment should be carried out as soon as possible after extraction. If the test can not be carried out immediately, the specimen can be placed in -20℃ preservation, but should avoid repeated freeze-thaw.Hyaluronic Acid

       7. Samples containing NaN3 could not be detected and inhibited horseradish peroxidase (HRP) activity by NaN3.Hyaluronic Acid
